Schedule an Appointment
New patients can schedule a genetic counseling consultation by calling our office or requesting an appointment online. Most initial consultations are 45–60 minutes.

Provider Referrals
Referring providers can send referrals via fax, phone, or secure electronic submission. We process referrals within 2 business days and contact patients directly to schedule.

Urgent & Critical Care Referrals
For critically ill neonates or children in NICU/PICU/CICU settings requiring rapid genomic sequencing, please contact us directly by phone. We prioritize time-critical cases and can coordinate rapid testing with 3–7 day turnaround.
